The service fee
Escrow, dispute resolution, invoicing and payouts are the expensive parts of freelance work, and they only happen once money moves. So that is the only moment Hireek charges for them. A brief that never becomes a contract is free; a contract that is never released costs nothing.
From a released milestone: “Templates and handbook” on Editorial system — annual report. The fee comes out of the released amount — the client is never billed on top of the milestone they agreed.
Without a plan
For a team that hires twice a year, a subscription is the wrong shape. Listings are one-off purchases and the pipeline behind them works exactly the same.

For people who do the work
Applying to a job never costs anything. Sending a proposal spends credits, priced by project size, so a brief is not buried under a hundred identical pitches. Every profile gets 10 credits a month for nothing.
$12 /month
Send more proposals and get seen first. $120 if you pay for a year.

Ready when you are
The Starter plan runs a whole hire — one job, one project, a full pipeline and a funded contract — before it asks you for anything.

The rate is stored on each proposal and contract when it is agreed, so historical payouts stay correct if pricing changes.
One-off top-ups if a subscription is not worth it. Credits do not expire while the account is open.
A proposal costs 1 credit on a small project, 2 on a medium one and 4 on a large one.
