Make the first ten minutes with Northwind feel obvious.

About the role

Half the people who try Northwind decide in the first ten minutes whether it is worth the effort. This role owns those ten minutes: the SDKs, the quickstarts, the error messages, and the docs.

You will

Own our TypeScript, Python and Go SDKs
Rewrite the getting-started path and measure whether it worked
Sit in on support rotations so you feel the friction directly
